Supa crema de cartofi cu kaizer
Aceasta reteta de supa minunata si cremoasa, numai buna pentru zile friguroase, ii apartine lui Edith si am cules-o de pe blodul ei Edith's kitchen an more. Reteta originala este cu bacon, dar eu am pus kaizer;) Aveti nevoie de 3-4 cartofi mai maricei, un morcov, o ceapa, o bucata de telina, eu am pus si o bucata de gulie, cam 2-300 gr de kaizer, sare, piper, si un pahar de lapte.
Curatam si taiem bucati mici cartofii, restul legumelor le lasam intregi si le punem pe toate la fiert. Dupa ce s-au inmuiat, le scurgem de zeama, si lasam doar cartofii pe care ii pisam. Turnam inapoi zeama, punem supa pe foc si adaugam laptele. Lasam sa dea un clocot si gata. Kaizerul il taiem fasii si il prajim. Se serveste fierbinte cu bucati de kaizer. Pofta buna!

Socks&Sandals
Two words, two fashion items, which until today had absolutely nothing to do with each other. You would only see this association with old grandpas and bus drivers. But that's the past my dear readers, 'cause today it turned out to be the most adored fall fashion trend. All the major fashion houses had this on their runway shows from Dior to Burberry, and I have to admit that I adore it! Can't wait to try it out (but i will have to gather some courage for that!)! So girls, its on! Now you can wear your favorite sandals all year long, just find the perfect socks to match them with! Happy fall fashion, Alice

Sandwichuri la cuptor
Sa trecem la reteta: Aceasta reteta simpla si gustoasa de sendwichuri am gasit-o tot pe blogul lui adi hadean. Aveti nevoie de cateva felii de paine, si tot ce aveti mai bun prin frigider, pentru sandwichuri evident. Eu am pus: pastrama de curcan, ciuperci si cascaval.

Fashion is back in the city
Every year, with the beginning of summer our lovely city of Cluj Napoca gets even more lovelier. The students are moving out, people are going on vacations, the streets are getting empty. I really love this time of the year. But also every year, with the beginning of autumn all this lovely summery feeling suddenly disappears, our beloved city is becoming crowded again and it comes alive again. Students are moving back, theaters and operas are opening their doors , festivals and parties are held everywhere. I love this period, but what I do love the most is that with all these people the fashion is back on the streets. Take just a short stroll trough the city and you will fell like fashion week just moved here: colorful tights, leather jackets, boots, trench coats, all sorts of prints, scarfs, bags and of course sunglasses, every trend of fall is right there, and I’m enjoying every second of it. bucatelele de piept de pui se condimenteaza cu piper, patrunjel si busuioc uscat, se pun la prajit in ulei cu doi catei de usturoi care se indeparteaza dupa 2 minute. Cand carnea si-a schimbat culoarea se adauga "o gura de sake" sau "rachiu de fructe" cum spune adi, si sos de soia. In alta tigaie se pun pastele fierte, peste care se toarna o ceasca de smantana dulce. Cand smantana a dat in clocot puneti peste carnea cu sos cu tot si amestecati bine! Sunt minunate! Pofta buna!
